JXID terms of use

The French version of this text prevails.

1. The service

JXID, published by WAY ME UP (SARL, 76 rue Beaubourg, 75003 Paris, RCS Paris 851 306 175), is a free account that lets you sign in to JXMAS Cloud services. JXID does not sign you up for any service: each service has its own terms, which you accept with it.

2. Your account

You provide an accurate e-mail address, which you verify. You keep your sign-in methods secret and let us know if you think someone else is using your account ("wasn't you" link in our e-mails, or privacy@jxid.zone). One account per person.

3. Fair use

No mass account creation, no attempt to access someone else's account or bypass protections. In case of abuse, we may freeze or delete an account.

4. Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Data page. Deletion takes effect 7 days after you confirm, during which you can cancel it.

5. Liability

We do our best to keep JXID available and secure, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for the services you use with JXID.

6. Governing law

French law. These terms may change; you will be notified by e-mail of any significant change.
